慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用中药免疫调节剂对免疫功能影响和疗效分析

An analysis of efficacy of TCM immunomodulator on immunologic function in patients with COPD

目的:观察分析应用中药免疫调节剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的免疫功能的影响和疗效。方法:将78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规舒张气管、抗感染、吸氧等治疗,实验组在对照组的治疗基础上加用中药免疫调节剂玉屏风颗粒,比较治疗后两组的免疫球蛋白水平。结果:实验组治疗后的免疫球蛋白水平明显高于对照组。结论:应用中药免疫调节剂配合西药常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,可大幅提高患者的免疫功能,有利于病情控制。

Objective： To observe and analyze efficacy of TCM immunomodulator on immunologic function. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group received conventional therapy; the experimental group were treated with the Yupingfeng granules. After treatment, the immunoglobulin levels were compared. Results： In the experimental group, the immunoglobulin levels was significantly higher. Conclusion： Treating COPD with TCM immunomodulator and western conventional treatment can significantly improve immune function, and benefit to disease controlling.
