补阳还五汤冲剂治疗缺血性中风的临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating ischemic stroke with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:研究分析补阳还五汤冲剂治疗缺血性中风的效果。方法:选取我院2013年8月-2014年8月收治的96例缺血性中风患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组48例,对照组采取常规治疗,实验组采取补阳还五汤冲剂治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组,另外,实验组患者的红细胞压积、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原以及血沉等均明显优于对照组,治疗效果差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:针对缺血性中风患者,采取补阳还五汤冲剂治疗,可以有效地提高治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,无不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To research and analyze clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on ischemic stroke. Methods： From August 2013 to August 2014, 96 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 48 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment; the experimental group were treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction. Therapeutic effects in two groups were observed. Results： The effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In addition, in the experimental group, red blood cells of deposited, plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen and blood sedimentation were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Treating ischemic stroke with the Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve efficacy and clinical symptoms, without adverse reaction, and possess high clinical value.
