摘要
目的:观察乌头汤结合针刺治疗正虚寒凝型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法将80例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以乌头汤结合针刺治疗;对照组以西药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组为75.0%。结论:乌头汤结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Wutou decoction plus acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with the Wutou decoction plus acupuncture; the control group was treated with western medicine. Results： The total efficiency was 92.5% in the treatment group, and 75.0% in the control group. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation with the Wutou decoction plus acupuncture could gain good efficacy.
