百令胶囊辅助治疗原发性肾病综合征临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating primary nephrotic syndrome with the Bailing capsules

目的:观察百令胶囊治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2014年9月间我院接收的原发性肾病综合征患者110例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组55例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上予以百令胶囊辅助治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效性指标和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的Alb、TC、Scr、BUN、24h Upro等临床疗效性指标检测值均优于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用百令胶囊辅助治疗原发性肾病综合征患者的临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Bailing capsules on primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods： 110 cases were separated into the study group and the control group, 55 cases for each. The control group took conventional treatment and low molecular weight heparin treatment. The study group received the Bailing capsules. Results： In the study group, the scores of Alb, TC, Scr, BUN, 24h Upro were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating primary nephrotic syndrome with the Bailing capsules could gain significant efficacy.
