摘要
目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将83例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成两组,两组均给予基础治疗,观察组加服复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,3次/d。疗程为1个月,观察临床疗效和心电图疗效,比较Hs-CRP的变化。结果:观察组总有效率(92.9%)高于对照组(73.2%)(P<0.05);观察组心电图疗效总有效率(76.2%)高于对照组(51.2%)(P<0.05);观察组Hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,副作用小,值得推广。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of Fufang Danshen Diwan on coronary heart angina pectoris. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and received basic treatment. The observation group received Fufang Danshen Diwan more, 10 granules per time, 3 times per day, for 1 month. Clinical symptoms and electrocardiograms were observed. Hs-CRP change was compared. Results： In the observation group, the total efficiency （92.9%） was higher than that in the control group （73.2%）; electrocardiograms （76.2%） were higher than that in the control group （51.2%） too; Hs-CRP levels was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart angina pectoris with Fufang Danshen Diwan showed significant effects, with less by-effect, was worthy of promotion.
