丹参注射液与生长抑素联合应用治疗76例急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of the Danshen injection plus somatostatin on 76 cases of acute pancreatitis

目的:分析丹参注射液与生长抑素联合应用治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月-2014年6月于本院进行治疗的152例急性胰腺炎患者,分为对照组76例和观察组76例,给予对照组生长抑素治疗,观察组采用丹参注射液与生长抑素联合治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率(92.11%)显著优于对照组(78.95%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:丹参注射液与生长抑素联合应用治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Danshen injection plus somatostatin on acute pancreatitis. Methods： From June 2011 to June 2014,152 cases of acute pancreatitis in the Shenyang Weikang Hospital were randomly divided into the control group（76 cases） and the observation group （76 cases）;The control group was only given somatostatin; and the observation group was treated with the Danshen injection plus somatostatin; clinical efficacy of treatment was compared in two groups. Results： The total efficiency was respectively 92.11% and 78.95% （P〈0.05）; the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Danshen injection plus somatostatin on acute pancreatitis shows definite clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
