自拟扶正通瘀胶囊冬夏二季治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病近期疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with the Fuzheng Tongyu capsules

目的:评价自拟扶正通瘀胶囊冬夏二季治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病的近期疗效。方法:选择我院诊断的慢性肺源性心脏病患者36例为对象,在其缓解期治疗组口服自拟扶正通瘀胶囊每次3粒,3次/d,3个月为1个疗程。每年初伏日和冬至日开始各服一个疗程。结果:治疗后3年内患者感冒和住院次数治疗组分别为(3.28±1.90)次、(3.97±1.50)次,均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.7%(33/36)。结论:自拟扶正通瘀胶囊冬夏二治治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病有效率高,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Fuzheng Tongyu capsules on chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 36 cases were treated with the Fuzheng Tongyu capsules（3 grain） in the catabasis, 3 times per day, 3 months as a course. A course began on the days of Chufu and Dongzhi . Results： In 3 years, the cold and hospitalization times in the treatment group were （3.28 ＆#177; 1.90）, （3.97 ＆#177; 1.50）, less than the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the treatment group was 91.7% （33/36）. Conclusion： Treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with the Fuzheng Tongyu capsules can receive a good effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
