椎弓根钉技术治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折的疗效体会

Effective experience for treating thoracolumbar fractures with pedicle screw technique

目的：探讨切开椎弓根技术治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法：2012-2014年我科收治的单纯胸腰椎骨折60例，伤后48h，采用切开椎弓根固定技术进行治疗，分析手术前后椎体前、后缘高度、Cobb角以及手术前后脊髓神经功能变化。结果：所有患者均得随访，平均随访时间1～2年，术后椎体前、后缘高度均较术前明显增高，术后较术前Cobb角明显减小。手术前后均未发现明显神经症状。结论：椎弓根钉技术治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折手术简单成熟、时间短、创伤较小、整复效果好、疗效满意。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of pedicle screw technique on thoracolumbar fractures. Methods： 60 cases of thoracolumbar fractures were treated by pedicle screw technique. Results： Following-up for 1~2 years, the anterior and posterior edge height of the vertebral body were significantly higher than before operation, and the C obb angle was significantly decreased after operation. Obvious neurological symptoms were not found. Conclusion： Treating thoracolumbar fractures with the pedicle screw technique can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
