中医序贯疗法治疗肾阳虚型不孕症效果观察

Efficacy observation on treatment of kidney Yang deficiency infertility by Traditional Chinese Medicine sequential therapy

目的:观察中医序贯疗法治疗肾阳虚型不孕症临床疗效。方法:选取肾阳虚型不孕症患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组患者给予还少胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予中医序贯疗法治疗,比较两组效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果和成功受孕率明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医序贯疗法治疗肾阳虚型不孕症相比常规还少胶囊治疗临床疗效更佳,成功受孕率更高。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy on infertility treatment. Methods： 90 patients with infertility issues were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group..The control group was treated with Huaishao capsule,while the treatment group was treated with sequential therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the effect and the successful pregnancy rate of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM sequential therapy treatment has better clinical efficacy than conventional in the treatment of infertility, better than Huaishao capsules with higher pregnancy success rate.
