针刺结合穴位注射治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床研究

Clinical research of treatment of heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia by acupuncture combined with acupoints injection

目的:探讨针刺结合穴位注射治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析心脾两虚型失眠患者60例的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用针刺结合穴位注射治疗,对照组仅给予针刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗前PSQI评分(14.6±2.0)分,治疗后(7.5±1.7)分,治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);对照组治疗前PSQI评分(14.3±2.2)分,治疗后(9.6±1.9)分,治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治愈12例,占40.0%;显效10例,占33.3%;有效7例,占23.3%;无效1例,占3.3%;观察组治愈7例,占23.3%;显效6例,占20.0%;有效13例,占43.3%;无效4例,占13.3%。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率86.7%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合穴位注射治疗心脾两虚型失眠能够显著提高临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoints injection in the treatment of heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia in order to provide the clinical reference. Methods： The clinical records of 60 cases with heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia were retrospectively analyzed and divided into an observation group with 30 cases and a control group with 30 cases. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint injection, while the control group was treated with acupuncture. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The PSQI scores were（14.3±2.2） before treatment and（9.6±1.9） after treatment, and the score before treatment was lower than that after treatment（P〈0.01）;the difference had statistically significance between the two groups（P〈0.01）. There were 12 cases cured in the observation group accounting for 40.0%, 10 excellently effective cases accounting for 33.3%, 7 effective cases accounting for 23.3%, 1 cases invalid accounting for 3.3%; there were 7 cases cured in the control group accounting for 23.3%, 6 excellently effective cases accounting for 20.0%, 13 effective cases accounting for 43.3%, 4 cases invalid accounting for 13.3%.The difference had statistically significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, while that of the control group was 86.7% without statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with acupoints injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
