止咳定喘汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘30例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 30 cases with cough variant asthma treated by Zhike Dingchuan decoction

目的:研究咳嗽变异性哮喘临床应用止咳定喘汤的治疗效果。方法:从我院2014年4月—2015年4月接收咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中随机抽选30例作为本次研究组,加用止咳定喘汤治疗;并将同期接收疾病患者30例作为本次对照组,行临床基础疗法,于临床治疗结束后评定效果。结果:研究组患者临床治疗效果96.7%高于对照组76.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:临床给予咳嗽变异性哮喘患者止咳定喘汤疗法作用明显,可缩短疗程,提高疾病治疗效果。

Objective： To study the curative effect of Zhike Dingchuan Decoction on cough variant asthma. Methods： 30 cases among the parents admitted in out hospital from April, 2014 to April, 2015 were randomly divided into a research group treated with Zhike Dingchuan Decoction, while another 30 cases admitted during the same period were treated as the control group and given the basic therapy. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results： The curative effect of the research group was 96.7% higher than that of the control group 76.7%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhike Dingchuan Decoction has obvious effect on parents with cough variant asthma which can shorten the period and improve the curative effect.
