脑梗塞中医综合治疗临床效果探讨

Discussion on clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensivetherapy on cerebral infarction

目的:分析和研究脑梗塞中医综合治疗临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月—2015年4月脑梗塞患者102例,将其按住院编号先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗;观察组患者在常规对症治疗基础上加用中医综合治疗,将两组患者治疗4周后疗效进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗4周后治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组P<0.05。两组患者治疗前、后神经功能缺损程度评分相比较:观察组患者治疗4周后神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组P<0.05。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率相比较:两组无明显差异P>0.05。结论:将中医综合治疗方法应用于脑梗塞患者治疗中,其能够有效促进患者神经功能恢复,减轻机体残疾程度,对提高治疗效果及患者生活质量均具有重要作用。

Objective： To analyze and study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive therapy oncerebral infarction. Methods： 102 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and acontrol group with 51 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment while the patients in observation group were provided with conventional symptomatic treatment based on the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive therapy. After four weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the treatment in the two groups of patients were compared. Results： Theeffectiveness in the observation group was higher（P〈0.05）. Neurological impairment score were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment, the comparisons of neurological deficit scores showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）; neurological deficit scores in the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients after the treatment〈0.05. There were no significant difference in the comparisons of incident of adverse reaction in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive therapycan effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, reduces the degree of disability of the body, improves treatment and quality of life of patients in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
