加味黄连温胆汤治疗高血压眩晕30例

Clinical experience for treating of 30 cases of hypertensive dizziness with Huanglian Wendan decoction

目的:观察加味黄连温胆汤对高血压所致眩晕的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均接受个体化的降压治疗,治疗组同时服用加味黄连温胆汤,均治疗3周;比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组。结论:加味黄连温胆汤治疗高血压所致眩晕有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Huanglian Wendan decoction on hypertension dizziness with. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both receive individualized treatment, treatment group at the same time took the Huanglian Wendan decoction. Results：Efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher. Conclusion： the Huanglian Wendan decoction for dizziness have better curative effect.
