探讨维持性血液透析患者使用高通量透析器的护理方法及效果。方法:对我院36例透析患者进行高通量血液透析治疗,并给予针对性的护理措施,监测使用前和使用后3个月在饮食、精神、活动能力等方面的改善情况。结果:使用后比使用前在饮食、精神、活动能力等方面,有极大改善,患者生活质量明显改善。结论:高通量透析和相应的护理措施能明显改善维持性透析患者的生活质量。

To evaluate the effect of high flux dialyzer on hemodialysis. Methods： 36 cases of hemodialysis took high flux hemodialysis treatment, and were given the targeted nursing measures to monitor first and 3 months of the improvement. Results： after using, greatly improved, the quality of life of patients improved significantly. Conclusion： high flux hemodialysis and the corresponding nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of life with maintenance hemodialysis.
