45例宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 45 cases of Ovarian cyst with the Xuanfei Lishui decoction

目的:观察宣肺利水汤治疗45例卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选取我院在2012年1月—2014年12月收治的90例卵巢囊肿患者,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各45例,实验组患者给予宣肺利水汤治疗,对照组患者给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较实验组患者和对照组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的总有效率为95.6%,明显高于对照组患者的总有效率82.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：Clinical efficacy of the Xuanfei Lishui decoction on 45 cases of ovarian cyst was recorded. Methods： In our hospital in January 2012 to 2014, 90 cases of ovarian cysts were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with the Xuanfei Lishui decoction, the control group were treated with the Guizhi Fuling Capsule treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the experimental group were 95.6%, the total efficiency was significantly higher than 82.2%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuanfei Lishui decoction for ovarian cysts showed significant effect, is worthy of clinical application to promote.
