扶正消癥方加减联合化疗治疗宫颈癌的效果观察

Effective observation on treating cervical cancer by Fuzheng Xiaozheng prescription plus chemotherapy

目的:对扶正消癥方加减结合化疗在宫颈癌疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法:按随机单盲法将我院所收治的44例宫颈癌患者均分成对照组与实验组,前者予以单纯化疗治疗,在此基础之上,对后者予以扶正消癥方治疗,且比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的有效率(77.3%)高于对照组(45.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的x2评分(80.5±10.6)高于对照组(55.1±12.7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈癌患者予以扶正消癥方加减加化疗治疗,效果确切,且可改善患者的生存质量,值得大力推行与应用。

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of treating cervical cancer by the Fuzheng Xiaozhen prescription plus chemotherapy. Methods： 44 cases were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, control group was treated with chemotherapy, the latter be treated with the Fuzheng Xiaozhen prescription plus chemotherapy. Results： The effeiciency in the experimental group（77.3%） was higher than that of the control group（45.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（55.1±12.7）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective that treating cervical cancer with the Fuzheng Xiaozhen prescription plus chemotherapy, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
