益气养阴法对肺癌治疗的效果观察

Clinical observation on treating lung cancer by Yiqi Yangyin therapy

目的:分析观察中医益气养阴法对于肺癌的临床治疗效果。方法:研究对象为我院在2013年1月—2013年12月收治的50例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组采用化疗单一治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医益气养阴疗法。治疗时长为42 d,治疗后对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果:在治疗有效性方面,观察组为56.0%,对照组为48.0%。不良反应方面,观察组数量明显低于对照组。结论:中医益气养阴疗法配合化疗可以有效的改善晚期肺癌化疗中的治疗效果,增强患者体质,提高患者生命质量。

Objective： To analyze and observe the clinical curative effect the method of strengthening Qi and nourishing Yin on lung cancer. Methods： 50 advanced lung cancer patients admitted in our hospital between January, 2013 to December, 2013 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 25 cases in each group. The control group used the single chemotherapy treatment, while the observation group was trated with chemotherapy combined with the method of strengthening Qi and nourishing Yin in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment period was 42 d and after the treatment, the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： In the aspect of the effectiveness, the observation group was 56.0%, control group 48.0%.and considering adverse reactions; the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： The method of strengthening Qi and nourishing Yin in Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the effects in the treatment of advanced lung cancer, enhancing physical fitness and improving patient＇s quality of life.
