Waterproofing & Drainage Design for Double-layer Curtain Wall of Shanghai Tower

上海中心大厦造型别致,圆角三角形外立面层层收分,连续120°缓缓螺旋上升,形成了独特优美的流线型玻璃晶体。其外幕墙采用分体式单元幕墙设计,玻璃大单元与不锈钢板小单元之间设置了一道贯穿整个楼层的连续的柔性硅胶板防水层,整层胶板无机械拼缝,配套多道胶条及硅酮耐候密封胶的使用,保证了幕墙整体的水密、气密性能。

The shape of Shanghai Tower is unique. Its circular and triangle facades shrink layer by layer, rise slowly and spirally at 120o, form a special exquisite streamline glass crystal strueture. Split curtain wall units ale adopted for the outer wall design, and a continuous waterproofing layer of flexible silicone plate is installed between big glass units and small stainless steel units through the entire floor. There is no mechanical joinl on the silicone plate of the whole floor. Combining with the use of multiple adhesive tapes and silicone weather proof sealant, the watertight and airtight pertbrmanves of lhe curtain wall as a whole are guaranteed.
