脑卒中（梗死）急诊救治的策略
摘要
脑血管病以其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率为特点严重威胁人类健康，特别在我国目前经济快速发展，人口步人老年化的阶段，脑血管病的防治日益得到医学界、政府以及社会各界的高度重视。脑梗死占脑卒中发病率的70％以上，其早期如能得到及时、合理的急诊救治，将大大减小此病的危害，减少患者病痛，减轻家属及社会负担。在急诊救治中，应遵循以下策略。
