五眼果不同提取部位体外对草酸钙结晶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:体外筛选五眼果抗草酸钙结晶形成的有效部位。方法:采用一维琼脂凝胶体外草酸钙肾结石模型,在光学显微镜下观察五眼果不同提取部位对草酸钙晶体晶型生成类型和比例的影响,筛选出作用较好的提取部位。结果:模型对照组有大量体积较大的COM晶体,甚至聚集体出现,几乎无COD晶体形成,COM、COD和聚集体比例分别为(90.0±3.0)%、(1.0±0.6)%和(9.0±3.6)%;五眼果乙酸乙酯组和正丁醇组出现大量COM晶体形成,但相对模型对照组而言,数量较少,体积较小,几乎无聚集体出现,且少见COD晶体;与模型对照组比较,乙酸乙酯组对COM、COD和聚集体的比例无明显影响(P>0.05),正丁醇组高、中浓度能显著降低聚集体的比例(P<0.05),对COM、COD比例无明显影响(P>0.05);水部位组出现大量体积较小的亚稳态COD晶体,几乎无COM晶体形成;与模型对照组比较,水部位组能显著降低COM晶体和聚集体比例,升高COD晶体比例(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:五眼果水溶性成分可能是其抗草酸钙型结石的有效部位。 Objective: To screen effective fraction for anti-calcium oxalate crystallization of Choerospondiasaxillaris (Roxb.) Burttet Hill in vitro. Methods: Renal calcium oxalate calculus model of one-dimensional agar-gel system in vitro was used to screen the effective fraction of Choerospondiasaxillaris (Roxb.) Burttet Hill extractions by observing different calcium oxalate crystal type and its proportion under the optical microscope. Results: There appeared massive COM crystal with larger volume, even the aggregate, but no COD crystal in the model group. Radio of COM, COD and the aggregate was (9.0±3.0)%,(1.0±0.6)% and (9.0±3.6)% respectively. Compared to model group, there appeared COM crystal formation with smaller number and volume, rare COD crystal but nearly no aggregate in ethyl acetate and butyl alcohol fraction group. The proportion of COM, COD and aggregate had no obvious change in ethyl acetate group (P〉0.05).The proportion of aggregate could be obviously reduced by butyl alcohol fraction with middle and high concentration (P〈0.05). But it had no impact on the proportion of COM and COD (P〉 0.05). The massive and small COD crystal but nearly no COM crystal appeared in water fraction group. Water fraction could obviously reduce the proportion of COM and the aggregate, and raise the proportion of COD(P〈0.05 或 P〈 0.01 ). The number and size of crystal formation was positively correlated with the dosage. Conclusion: ChoerospondiasaxiUaris (Roxb.) Burttet Hill water-soluble component is the possible effective fraction for anti-calcium oxalate stone.
