摘要 新产品开发中需要对产品进行质量评价,针对目前新产品质量评价方法比较单一、综合性不强的问题,就此提出构建将消费者评价与专业人士评价相结合的模糊数学的综合质量评价方法。从消费者口味的角度和食品质量与安全专业检测的角度,构建质量评价体系,介绍了运用模糊综合评价方法进行质量评价的过程,通过结果分析做出新产品是否投放市场的决策。 Quality evaluation is required in the development of new products. However, quality evaluation method of new product is not very comprehensive currently. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method had been set up which integrated consumer's evaluation with professional evaluation. Furthermore, a quality evaluation system had been constructed from the angle of consumer taste and food quality safety professional testing. The application of such system in wine quality evaluation was introduced. Through the evaluation, we could make the decision of whether the newly-developed product could be put on the market.
