Design Criteria and Implementation Scheme of Online Security and Stability Control System in North China Power System

安全稳定控制策略在线校验将离线计算生成的控制策略输入到在线安全稳定评估系统,根据能量管理系统获得的当前网络结构和运行状况系统,自动匹配控制措施,进行周期性的在线校验。提出安全稳定控制系统的技术标准和总体要求。将传统的离线分析技术、计算方法和软件开发技术相融合,基于实时EMS数据实现安全稳定控制策略的在线校核和重新生成。提出的实现方案在华北电网调度控制中心进行应用。

Online check of security and stability control strategy input off-line calculated control strategy to online se- curity assessment system. According to the current network structure and operation condition obtained from EMS, con- trol measures are matched automatically and checked periodically. Security and stability control system technical standard and general requirements are put forward. The traditional offline analysis technology, calculation methods and software development technology are utilized to realize online safety and stability control strategy check based on real-time data from EMS. The proposed scheme is implemented in the North China power dispatching control center.
