河曲电厂的RUNBACK试验及优化研究

摘要 介绍了神华国能河曲发电有限公司二期2×600 MW超临界机组RB逻辑的设计、主要构成,通过引风机、给水泵RB实际试验,详细介绍了其中存在的问题及优化的措施。经过相关逻辑的优化和完善,有效消除了机组存在的隐患,提高了机组安全、经济运行的水平,对今后同类型机组的RB逻辑设计及试验优化有所借鉴。 The design and main structure of the RB logic of in the two 600 MW supercritical units of the phase 1I project of Shenhua Guoneng Hequ Power Generation Co. Ltd. , were introduced, and the practical RB tests of induced draft fan and feed-water pump were described. Through optimization and improvement of relevant logic, the hidden trouble of the unit was effectively eliminated to improve the level of safety and economic operation of the unit, and it can be used for reference to the RB logic design and test of the same type of unit in the future.
