摘要 DCS系统是发电机组重要控制系统,其性能和可靠性直接影响机组的运行安全。DCS升级改造一般人为根据运行时间大致拟定,没有引入状态评估技术,易于造成改造提前或滞后的现象,DCS运行最大效益和安全尚未实现统筹优化。通过引入DCS性能测试技术,来检测某机组DCS的主要性能并发现存在的安全隐患,实现了DCS状态评估,为其DCS升级改造提供技术依据,进而提出改造方案,提高了DCS改造的经济效益和安全效益。 DCS is an important control system of generating units,its performance and reliability directly affect the safe operation of the units. The DCS upgrade is generally decided according to the running time without introducing condition-based assessment technologies, so it is liable to cause in-advance or lag behind transformation and DCS has not achieved optimal efficiency and safety. Through the introduction of DCS performance test technologies to detect the main performance and safety risks of a generating unit,and the DCS state assessment has been achieved which provides technical basis even measures for DCS upgrade and improves the economy and safety of DCS.
