摘要
针对舵杆用碳锰钢生产过程中存在的质量问题及碳锰钢检测标准的严格要求,提出了控制硫含量、微合金化及降低冶炼温度的一系列改进措施,有效改善了碳锰钢锭质量。
Against the quality problem of carbon manganese steel for rudder stock existed in the production process and the strict requirements of testing standard of carbon manganese steel, a series of improvement measures, such as controlling the sulphur content, micro'alloying and reducing the smelting temperature have been presented, so as to effectively improve the quality of carbon manganese steel ingot.
