卡基娃水电站1#泄洪洞竖井工程收分式滑模施工

摘要 卡基娃水电站1#泄洪洞竖井洞室断面较大,结构变化多,衬砌厚度、高度均较大。竖井为埋藏式结构,现场施工布置困难,施工工期紧张,若采用常规滑模不能满足变径施工要求,而采用组合钢模板或翻模分层施工则存在耗材大、工期长、质量控制较为困难等不利因素。介绍了该工程收分式滑模的设计、施工工艺和方案,可为类似不等径竖井混凝土衬砌提供参考。 No.1 spillway tunnel shaft at Kajiwa hydropower station has large cavern section with varying structure. Its lining usually needs to be thicker and higher. Shaft is buried structure and it makes site construction layout more difficult. What's more,the time for this project is really limited. So the use of a conventional adjustable sliding technology can not satisfy the construction requirements. The combined steel formwork or turnover formwork layered construction has disadvantages of large material consumption,long construction period and difficult to control quality. This article describes slip-form construction design for No.1 spillway tunnel shaft with changing diameters at Kajiwa Hydropower project,construction techniques and schemes,providing experiences for similar unequal diameter shaft concrete lining.
