摘要
从独立学院图书馆核心竞争力的概念入手,分析知识管理对于独立学院图书馆创新管理、培育核心竞争力的重要作用及意义,提出通过创新观念、优化馆藏资源、健全知识管理系统、完善人力资源管理、构建学习型图书馆等举措来培育独立学院图书馆核心竞争力的思路。
The paper begins with the concept of core competitiveness of independent college library, analyzes the important roles and significance of knowledge management for their management innovation and core competitiveness cultivation. It puts forwards appropriate methods of cultivating core competitiveness of independent college library by innovating ideas, prioritizing library resources,improving knowledge management system, perfecting human resource management and constructing learning library.
