摘要
以Web of Science数据库为数据来源,检索1998-2014年的在线评论研究文献,利用Cite Space软件绘制其知识图谱以展示其发展历程。研究发现:美国对在线评论研究具有重要作用;该研究领域已经形成了较完整的研究网络;当前研究热点包括在线评论的深层挖掘、在线评论质量等。
The paper takes Web of Science database as data sources, retrievals documents on online reviews published from 1998 to 2014 year, uses Cite Space software to draw its mapping knowledge domain and shows the process of development. The paper finds that USA has an important role of online reviews research, this research area has formed a quite integrated research network, and current research hotspots include deep mining of online reviews, quality of online reviews and so on.
