摘要
通过对430热板进行不同程度冷轧变形试验,从变形抗力、塑性、韧性的角度研究了其冷加工硬化行为,建立了加工硬化数学模型。验证试验表明,该模型具有较高的准确度,可以满足工程应用。
Through cold rolling deformation test of 430 hot plates in different degrees, its cold working hardening behavior is studied by analyzing the deformation resistance, plasticity and toughness changed during cold deformation,and the mathematical models of the cold work hardening are established. The verification test shows that the model has high accuracy and can meet the engineering application.
