摘要
主要介绍了利用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟仿真软件对二辊周期钢管冷轧的整个过程进行了模拟仿真,包括有限元模型的建立、工艺参数的制定、管坯材料的选择、接触条件的定义、载荷的添加、机构动作的实现等。模拟完成后在后处理模块提取出了钢管的应力云图,总结了轧制过程中力能参数变化情况并解释了形成原因。该研究对延长轧机的工作寿命,提高成品管的质量是有重要意义的。
This paper introduces the whole process of two high cycle steel tube cold rolling simulation by the use of DEFORM 3 d finite element simulation software, including the establishment of the finite element model, the formulation of process parameters, the pipe material selection, the definition of contact conditions, the added load, the implementation of agency action, etc. After the simulation, the stress nephogram of steel pipe is extracted by post-processing module, force parameter changes are summed up in the process of rolling and the reason of the formation is explained. The research extends the working life of the mill, improves the quality of the finished tube,which has great significance.
