摘要
用有限元软件模拟了二辊与三辊楔横轧的轧制过程。根据二辊与三辊楔横轧的曼内斯曼效应不同的分布规律,通过对轧件内部不同单元的应力应变曲线的比较,发现第一主应力和负静水压力是曼内斯曼效应的主要影响因素。然后利用上述结论比较了三辊楔横轧与二辊楔横轧轧件的心部质量。最后分析了工艺参数对三辊楔横轧曼内斯曼效应的影响。
The finite element software is used to simulate the whole rolling process of two-roll and three-roll cross wedge rolling. Based on the fact that the Mannesmann effect occurs at different place, through the analysis of the stress and strain of different elements in products, the result that the maximum principal stress and negative hydrostatic pressure are the primary contribution of the Mannesmann. Then, the quality at the center of the products made by three-roll cross wedge rolling with that made by two-roll cross wedge rolling are compared. The technological parameters' influence on the Mannesmann effect of products made by three-roll cross wedge rolling is also analyzed.
