Strengthening the core value education for migrant workers and enhancing its effectiveness is a major issue in the current value education.This paper firstly defines the core value education of migrant workers and its effectiveness;secondly,analyzes the achievements and the main factors influencing the education;finally puts forward some countermeasures to enhance its actual effect,which mainly include：to promote interaction,meet the practical needs of the education objects,encourage self education,and strengthen practical education in order to enhance the effectiveness of socialist core value education of migrant workers.
