摘要
马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论是素质教育的本质所在,也是素质教育的理论基础。素质教育作为一种全面发展的教育,它不仅作为一种思想,而且作为一种具体的教育形态而存在。山西铭贤学校诞生于近代中国半殖民地半封建社会,是中国近代教育的一部分,为中国培养了众多人才。对素质教育与铭贤学校教育思想进行探索性研究,从铭贤学校教育特色到现代素质教育进行思考,提出了培养学生奉献精神,注重学生日常管理,促进学生全面发展,加强学生能力培养,增强学生服务理念等铭贤办学对当今素质教育的借鉴和启示,有利于促进我国素质教育水平的整体提高。
The theory of the comprehensive development in Marxism is not only the essence of quality-oriented education,but also the theory foundation of it.Quality-oriented education,a comprehensive development of education,not only presents as a thought,but exists as a specific educational form.Shansi Memorial School,born in modern semi-colonial and semi-feudal society,is part of China's modern education,which trained many talented people for China.The paper makes an exploratory study on the quality education with educational thoughts of Memorial School,which are cultivating students' dedication,enhancing routine management of students,improving students' all-round development,their capacity and service concept.All these education ideas of Memorial School are inspiring for modern quality-oriented education.
