针刺治疗干眼症30例临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture on the treatment of xerophthalmia

目的观察针刺治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将62例干眼症患者随机分为2组,针刺组30例应用针刺疗法,人工眼泪组32例应用右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗,2组均治疗3周,比较2组治疗前后症状、体征积分,泪液分泌试验及泪膜破裂时间,观察2组疗效和不良反应。结果针刺组治疗后1 h、治疗后3周症状、体征积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后3周降低更明显(P<0.05)。针刺组治疗后1 h、治疗后3周症状、体征积分均低于人工眼泪组治疗后同期(P<0.05)。针刺组治疗后1 h、治疗后3周泪液分泌试验及泪膜破裂时间均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后1 h升高更明显(P<0.05)。针刺组治疗后1h、治疗后3周泪液分泌试验及泪膜破裂时间均高于人工眼泪组治疗后同期(P<0.05)。2组治疗后3周有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺组远期疗效优于人工眼泪组。结论针刺疗法和人工眼泪疗法均能改善干眼症患者症状和体征,但针刺疗法远期疗效优于人工眼泪治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on xerophthalmia. Methods 62 xerophthalmia patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture. 32 patients in artificial tears group were treated by dextran 70 eye drops. The course was three weeks in two groups. The symptom score, sign score, schirmer test and tear break - up time before and after treatment were compared in two groups. The curative effect and adverse effect were observed in two groups. Results The symptom and sign scores 1 hour and 3 weeks after treatment in acupuncture group were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the decrease in 3 weeks after treatment was more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The symptom and sign scores 1 hour and 3 weeks after treatment in acupuncture group were lower than those in artificial tears group at the same period （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The schirmer test and tear break - up time 1 hour and 3 weeks after treatment in acupuncture group were increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the increase in 3 weeks after treatment was more obvious （P 〈 0. 05）. The schirmer test and tear break - up time 1 hour and 3 weeks after treatment in acupuncture group were higher than those in artificial tears group at the same period （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference on three weeks effective rate between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The long - term effect in acupuncture group was superior to that in artificial tears groups. Conclusion Both of acupuncture and artificial tears therapy can improve the symptom and sign of xerophthalmia, but acupuncture has a better long - term effect.
