等离子电切镜治疗尿道狭窄合并膀胱结石的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿道狭窄合并膀胱结石患者使用等离子电切镜治疗的效果。方法收集尿道狭窄合并膀胱结石患者共112例,随机分为观察组与对照组各56例,对照组患者使用经输尿管镜钬激光术进行治疗,观察组使用等离子电切镜进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的手术时间、平均尿流率以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组,观察组患者的平均尿流率显著高于对照组患者,观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用等离子电切镜治疗尿道狭窄合并膀胱结石患者,能够有效提高患者的尿流率,改善患者肾功能,减少患者术后并发症的发生,并在一定程度上缩短了患者的手术时间,有助于促进患者康复,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the Therapeutic effect of plasma kinetic vaporization for patients with urethral stricture complicated with bladder calculi. Methods 112 cases of patients with urethral stricture complicated with bladder calculi were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with YAG laser lithotripsy via ureteroscope, while patients in the observation group received plasma kinetic vaporization therapy. The difference in operation time, average urinary flow rate and incidence of complications between the two groups was analyzed. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the average urinary flow rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, all with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Plasma kinetic vaporization for the treatment of urethral stricture complicated with bladder calculi can effectively increase patients&#39; urinary flow rate, improve patients renal function, reduce postoperative complications, shorten operation time, and promote patients&#39; recovery, which is worthy of promotion and application.
