摘要
目的探讨围手术期快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用。方法通过对63例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者的快速康复外科护理的应用分析,掌握快速康复外科护理工作措施。结果 63例患者通过围手术期快速康复外科护理,获得了更快的恢复、更好的舒适度和更少的术后住院时间。结论围手术期快速康复外科护理可在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery nursing during perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal and radical cancer resection. Methods The application of fast track surgery nursing for 63 patients with laparoscopic resection of colorectal and radical cancer was analyzed and summaried. Results All cases had faster recovery, better comfort degree and less postoperative hospital time. Conclusions Fast track surgery nursing of perioperative period is worthy of promotion in laparoscopic colorectal and radical cancer resection.
