摘要
目的探讨认知护理干预对改善耳鸣患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的效果。方法选取我院收治的耳鸣患者120例作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行认知护理干预,护理前后行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,并评估护理后对耳鸣的适应程度。结果观察组治疗后SDS评分和SAS评分分别为(35.26±4.29)分、(41.36±3.58)分,均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理后耳鸣适应率为31.67%,显著高于对照组15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知护理干预可提高耳鸣患者对疾病相关知识的认知度,缓解负面情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with tinnitus. Methods 120 patients with tinnitus admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group received cognitive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. Before and after care, the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used for evaluation, and the adaptive degree to tinnitus was evaluated. Results After care, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were (35.26 ±4.29) points and (41.36 ± 3.58) points respectively, significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The adaptation rate to tinnitus after care of the observation group was 31.67%, significantly higher than 15.00%of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Cognitive nursing intervention can improve the awareness of the disease-related knowledge in patients with tinnitus, and alleviate the negative emotions.
