小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术后的护理研究

Analysis on Postoperative Nursing of Pediatric Congenital Hypospadias with Urethroplasty

目的探讨小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术后的护理方法。方法从2013年7月至2014年7月期间来我院儿科行尿道成形术治疗的小儿先天性尿道下裂患儿中随机抽取60例,平均分为两组。对照组术后采用常规的护理方法进行护理,观察组采用积极有效的临床护理策略进行护理,评价两组患儿不同护理后的临床效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果经过积极有效的护理,观察组患儿中显效18例,有效11例,总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组患儿中发生尿瘘1例,尿路畸形1例,腹股沟斜疝1例,不良反应的发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对先天性尿道下裂患儿行尿道成形术后进行积极有效的护理,能够促进患儿病情康复,提高临床治疗效率,且能够明显降低术后不良反应的发生率,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing methods for children with congenital hypospadias after urethroplasty. Methods 60 cases of children with congenital hypospadias treated with urethroplasty in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine care after surgery, while the observation group received active and effective clinical care strategies. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%（18 cases of excellent, and 11 cases of effective）, significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 10.00%（1 case of urinary fistula, 1 case of urinary deformity, and 1 case of indirect inguinal hernia）, significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Active and effective clinical nursing after urethroplasty for children with congenital hypospadias can promote the rehabilitation of children, improve the treatment efficiency and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, which has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
