Exploration of Leader Business Practical Teaching Mode

领队业务是涉外旅游专业最核心的课程之一,其要求就是培养合格的领队来适应日益增多的出境旅游团队需求。面对越来越多的境外旅游投诉问题,领队的能力培养也显得越发重要。本文通过对出境旅游团队现状的分析,明确领队培养的重要性,并探讨如何在校内进行领队的培养,即如何对现有教学模式进行改革,从而培养更优秀的领队人才。

Leader business is one of the core curriculum of foreign tourism major, the direct request of which is to train qualified leaders to accommodate the growing number of outbound tourism team. Facing with the problem of more and more foreign tourist complaints, cultivating the abilities of leaders has become increasingly important. Based on the analysis of the current state of outbound tourism groups, this paper clears the importance of leader training, and explores how to cultivate leaders in schools, that is, how to reform the existing teaching mode in order to foster better leader talents.
