两种白内障手术治疗效果的研究

Study on the Effect of Two Kinds of Cataract Surgery

为探究两种白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术和小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的效果,选取2013年2月——2014年2月来我院就诊的白内障合并青光眼患者97例为研究对象,对照组使用小切口白内障摘除手术和人工晶体植入术联合小梁切除术,治疗组使用人工晶体植入术和超声乳化白内障吸出术联合小梁切除术进行治疗,对比治疗效果。两组患者术前1个月的眼压比较,无明显差异,P<0.05。术后3个月和6个月时,患者眼压有所改善,P<0.05。和对照组相比,治疗组改善情况更为显著,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。对照组视力改善率为85.71%,治疗组视力改善率为97.92%。组间数据存在统计学意义,P<0.05。说明利用人工晶体植入术和超声乳化白内障吸出术联合小梁切除术对白内障合并青光眼患者进行治疗,效果良好,值得在临床推广应用。

Toexploretwokindsof cataract extraction surgery combined with intraocular lensimplantation and trabeculectomy surgery for cataract and glaucoma, selected in February 2013- 2014 years 2 months to in our hospital for treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma 97 cases as the research object, control group using small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy resection,patients in treatment group were treated with intraocular lens implantation and phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy resection treatment, compared the therapeutic effect. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and 1 months, P〈0.05. At 3months and 6 months postoperatively, the intraocular pressure was improved, P〈0.05. Compared with the control group, the improvement of the treatment group was more significant, and there was a significant difference between the two groups, P〈0.05. The visual acuity in the control group was 85.71%, and the improvement rate was 97.92% in the treatment group. There was statistical significance between the groups, P〈0.05.That the intraocular lens implantation and phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy resection of cataract with glaucoma patients were treated, the effect is good, it is worth in clinical application.
