2014年东营市气候条件及其影响分析

Analysis on the Climatic Conditions and its Influence in 2014 Dongying City

2014年东营市年平均气温偏高,降水量偏少,日照时数略少。总的气候特点是:冬季气温偏高,降水量偏少,受雾霾和阴雨(雪)影响,日照时数略显不足;春季气温偏高且变化平稳,降水量偏少且分布不均,前中期降水持续偏少,后期降水偏多,日照时数略偏少,高温、干热风、大雾等天气时有发生;夏季气温偏高,降水偏少且时空分布不均,日照时数较常年偏少,高温热浪、冰雹、干旱等天气时有发生;秋季气温偏高,降水正常略多,受阴雨和雾霾等影响,大部时段光照条件偏差;年末(12月)气温基本正常,雨雪稀少,光照条件充沛。总体看来,2014年东营市大部时段气象条件基本正常,但个别时段出现的大风、冰雹、高温、干热风、干旱、雾霾等灾害性天气,给人民群众的生产生活带来不同程度的影响和损失。

In 2014,the average temperature in Dongying city is high,the precipitation is less, and sunshine hours is slightly less. The overall climate is characterized by： winter high temperatures,less precipitation,due to haze and rain（snow）,slightly insufficient number of sunshine; high temperatures in spring and stable,less precipitation and uneven distribution,before the mid low precipitation,late rainfall,sunshine time is slightly less high temperature,dry,hot weather,heavy fog occurred; summer high temperatures,rainfall is unevenly distributed in time and space,sunshine hours less than normal, high temperature,drought,hail and other weather occurred in autumn; high temperatures,precipitation is slightly more than normal,by the rainy and haze effect,large the period of light conditions（December） at the end of the deviation; the basic normal temperature,scarce rain and snow,light is abundant. Overall it seems,in 2014,Dongying City,a large part of the normal weather conditions,but the emergence of individual periods of high winds,hail,high temperature,dry hot wind,drought,haze and other disasters,to the people＇s production and living to bring varying degrees of impact and loss.
