Review College Students＇ Peer Support and Its Enlightenment

综述目前国内外高校同侪互助开展和研究情况，得到四个启示：高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育采用同侪互助模式的必要性和可行性。同侪互助的内容应根据学生不同时期的特点拓展和深入。同侪互助的具体形式应灵活多变和逐步过渡，试点探索到以点带面。在同侪互助活动开展的过程中应注重观念上的影响，促进互助活动可持续的进展。

A review of current colleges and universities at home and abroad peer mutual development and research situation,get four enlightenment：College Ideological and political education and mental health education by peer cooperation pattern of necessity and feasibility. The content of peer should be according to the characteristics of students in different periods of expansion and in-depth and specific forms of peer should be flexible and gradual transition pilot exploration to fan out from point to area. In the process of peer support activities,we should pay more attention to the influence of ideas,and promote the sustainable development of mutual assistance activities.
