摘要
通过分析运动量过度的原因及危害,探讨高职院校短跑训练中运动量及运动强度把握的方法,以期提高学生的短跑能力,实现其短跑训练的目标。
Through the analysis of the reason and harm of excessive exercise,of Higher Vocational Colleges in the dash training of amount of exercise and exercise intensity grasp,in order to improve the sprint capacity of students,achieve the goal of the dash training.
