摘要
通过分析和研究新时代高校图书馆管理的相关问题，提出了以人为本、科学管理、生态管理的图书馆管理新理念，以期不断创新图书馆建设、管理理念，提高高校图书馆的服务质量与水平。
Through the analysis and research, the development of a new era of university library management issues related to the proposed people-oriented, scientific management and ecological management： new concept of library management, to continuously innovate library construction, management philosophy and improve the service quality and level of university library.
