摘要
通过分析师范生职业技能培养所存在的问题，提出了完善相关的课程设置，将微格教学设置成各个学期的必修课，开展教师职业技能大赛，关注实习训练以及提高师资水平等措施，以保证学生能够准确的掌握相关的职业技能，为今后的从教奠定基础。
Through the analysis of normal school students＇ professional skill training, the existing problems proposed consummates the related curriculum, the Microteaching is set to each semester of the required course, the development of teachers＇ vocational skills competition, focus on training and measures of improving the level of teaching staff, to ensure that students can accurately grasp the relevant professional skills, for future from teaching to lay the foundation.
