摘要
使用一线制温度传感器、分布式采集模块、RS485通讯和工控机采集显示来监测高炉冷却水温度。该方案的最大优点是布线少,大大降低了安装和维修强度。同时,多方位实时显示画面、数据记录及查询、报警设置及报警输出等软件功能,不但成功解决了数据保存问题,而且方便了工艺人员现场查看和操作,为高炉安全生产提供了保障。
The temperature of cooling water of blast furnace was monitored by using 1-wire temperature sensor, a distributed collection module, RS485 communication and industrial control computer. The maximum advantage of the scheme is that the wiring is less, which greatly reduces the installation and maintenance strength. At the same time, multi range real-time display screen, data record and query, alarm setting and alarm output function of the software, not only successfully solve the data preservation and convenient process personnel at the scene to view and manipulate, to provide a guarantee for the safe production of blast furnace.
