摘要
针对企业兼职教师整课时聘任及有效参与教学的难题,天津交通职业学院历经多年对师资队伍建设的探索与实践,创新性地提出并推行了高职院校专兼结合的"1+N"教师协同授课模式,并通过建立"双津贴"激励制度和多维度课程教学质量评价体系,构建"1+N"模式的常态运行机制;通过利用视频在线传输、微信等信息技术,搭建分享专业经验的合作平台,促进了专兼职教师的优势互补和经验互导,有效地推动了专兼职教师在工学结合课程实施层面的深度融合。
For the problems of part-time teachers employed by whole work hours and participation in the teaching activities efficiently,Tianjin Transportation Vocational College creatively brings up the1+N teaching model for full-time and part-time teachers' cooperation in higher vocational colleges by exploring and practicing the construction of teaching resource for years.The college also constructs the normal operating mechanism of the 1+N model through the application of double allowance stimulation rule and multidimensional teaching quality evaluation system,builds platform for professional experience sharing by using information techniques like on-line video transmission and wechat,improves the advantage supplementary and inter-guided for full-time and part-time teachers,promotes the deep combination for full-time and part-time teachers at the level of execution of the work-learn combined curriculum.
