新常态下高职教育质量评价体系建设,必须遵循职业教育规律,必须按教育质量评价要素确立评价标准,采用新的评价模式,确立考评分值。应当建立与传统教育评价体系既有相互联系又有区别的评价机制,适应职业教育承担历史责任的要求。

The construction of higher vocational education quality evaluation system under the New Normal should obey the professional regulation of vocational education,establish the evaluation standard,apply the new evaluation model and set up the evaluation mark according to the education quality factors.The evaluation system that has relationship and differences with the traditional system should be built to accommodate the need of taking the historical responsibility by vocational education.
