摘要
行为主义学习理论作为一个极富影响力的理论,起源于20世纪初的美国,其后产生较大影响。随着时代的发展,行为主义学习理论的观点虽受到一些批判,但其理论与实证可操作性的研究方法仍存在科学合理的部分,值得我们研究和利用在日常课程教学中。公共管理学课程因其理论知识较多,在传统课程教学中经常存在着以教师传授为主、课堂教学形式单一或者和结果评价为主的局限,使理论学习与实践学习出现严重分离,难以提高学生学习的积极性且教学效果不佳,本文着重从行为主义学习理论的要义出发,结合教学实践,探析行为主义学习理论在公共管理课程教学中的多元融合,以及推进公共管理课程教学的实践意义。
As a very influential theory,the behavioristic theory originated in the early twentieth century in the U.S,then generated a big influence.As the time goes,the theory received some critical voice,but the theory itself and its research method of empirical operability are still scientific and rational which worth our research and application in the daily curriculum teaching activities.Because of the amount of theory,the public management curriculum usually has the limitations of teaching mainly by teachers,the teaching method is monotonic,and/or just by evaluation in the traditional teaching process,which will separate the learning of theory and practice,makes the increase of learning enthusiasm of students' hard and the result of teaching not as what we expect.This paper emphasizes on the main idea of the behavioristic theory,combining with the teaching practice,to analyze the pluralistic combination of the theory in the public management curriculum teaching activities and to promote the practical meaning of public management curriculum teaching.
