摘要 教师睡眠时间和质量情况调查,关乎着科学改进和提高睡眠质量,这是人们正常工作和学习生活的保障。人睡得好就会感到身体舒服,办事有效率。教师睡眠时间和质量情况调查还显示当基本生活需要满足后教师精神需要的新诉求、新期盼。重视改进、逐步提升教师从职业中获得成就价值、达成工作与生活之间平衡的职业生涯幸福感、释放身心更大能量,是当今组织行为管理与实践研究的当口。本文调研将有益于组织在人才职业生涯不同阶段利用数据收集与分析进行有效决策。 Investigation of teachers' sleep time and quality is about improving and increasing the quality of sleep scientifically which guarantees their life of work or learn.Good sleep makes us feel comfortable,then we do things more efficiently.The investigation also said that new pursues and expectations appear when basic life needs are fulfilled.Attentions paid to improving and increasing the value of accomplishment acquired,the happiness in their career by the balance between life and work and the more energy of their body and mind released are the key to the organization behavior management and practical research.This paper will be benefit for organizing talent people in different levels of career to analyze the collected data to make decisions effectively.
